British Solar

British Solar, founded in 2011, is specialized in developing ,manufacturing and selling of high efficiency photovoltaic (PV) cells, modules; providing technical service. Since it was put into operation in May 2011, British Solar has been market-oriented and focused on technological innovation as its core competitiveness. The major markets are European Union, Australia, southeast Asia and more than 20 countries in the world. The company’s annual investment in technology research and development is no less than 5% of the year’s sales, and now has the ability to independently develop crystalline silicon solar cells. Besides, the company also obtained more than 40 patents with completely independent intellectual property rights, such as the solar cell production system, and the conversion efficiency of the conventional production line, with an average annual increase of more than 0.4%.

Presently our main customers include Jiangsu Zhongli Tenghui, Zhejiang Yuhui, Jintan Zhengxin, Shandong Linuo and other large photovoltaic manufacturers.

Complete scientific research system

British Solar has a complete scientific research system, 106 technical personnel and 12 senior backbone technical elites. Most of them had worked for leading enterprises in the industry.

Independent technical center

Established Jiangsu enterprise technical center, Jiangsu graduate student workstation, and Yangzhou engineering technical center, which has also set up the product research center on solar photovoltaic application.

Cooperation with colleges and universities

Close cooperation with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Zhejiang University, Shanghai University, Southeast University, Yangzhou University, and other colleges and universities.
